Q - Do I have to have an iPhone/iPod touch to use iPerform?

Absolutely not! iPhone/iPod touch or the iPerform App are NOT REQUIRED to use iPerform online.  iPerform is an online tool so you can log in from any browser on any computer or SmartPhone. 

However, if you do have an iPhone/iPod touch you can use it right now on your iPhone/iPod touch.  But you can also choose to take it to the next level with the OPTIONAL career App for performers available now.  

Q - Does iPerform work with Mac or Windows?

iPerform works on all computers (Mac, Windows, etc.) and SmartPhones including BlackBerry, Android, iPad and iPhone/iPod touch.  


Q - I'm a current customer of protalentPERFORMER, can I transfer my data to iPerform?

Of course!  Contact us for details.

 

Q - I currently use another desktop or online application, can I transfer my data to iPerform?

Most likely you can so contact us for details.

 

Q - Will you continue to support protalentPERFORMER Desktop software?

Definitely.  We have no plans at this time to stop support or development for protalentPERFORMER.


Q - Will I lose my data if I cancel my subscription to iPerform?

We keep your data for at least one year, but you will not be able to access or view it until you renew. 

However, you may be able to put your account on hold for an additional monthly fee.  You could be able to view your data but you will not be able to add, update or delete.  Contact us for more info.

 

Q - When will the iPerfom iPhone/iPod touch App be available?

It is available on the App store right now.


Q - Does iPerform work with any other Smartphones or Handhelds?

iPerform can be accessed from any browser on any SmartPhone including BlackBerry, Android, iPad and iPhone/iPod touch. 

 

Q - What other applications does iPerform sync with?

iPerform syncs with iCal, Google Calendar, Outlook or any other calender that support the iCalendar standard.  Learn More >


Q - Can I log in to my iPerform account from any computer, anywhere?

Absolutely! Just like email, you can login securely from browser on any computer or SmartPhone including BlackBerry, iPad, iPhone/iPod touch, and Android.  But if you are on an airplane or in the subway and don't have internet access, you can always access your data using the iPerform App.


Q - What browsers are compatible with iPerform?

All of them - Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Opera, etc.  Some browsers may work better for you than others.
